Transac (“the App”) is operated by Sereivoan Yong (“we”, “our”, or “us”). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use Transac.

1.1 Telegram Data

Transac processes Telegram messages in group chats that you explicitly authorize, including:

• Transaction notification messages from bank-related Telegram bots
• Messages you manually send in group chats for transaction parsing (e.g. "$10 ABA")

We only read messages of group chats where you and Transac Telegram bot are in.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To parse Telegram messages into transaction records
• To display transaction history within the App
• To improve parsing accuracy and app features

3. Data Storage

Transaction data may be stored locally with encryption on your device and securely on our servers to enable syncing functionality.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

5. Security

5.1 Data Storage

We use secure third-party cloud platforms such as Firebase.

5.2 Data Protection

• HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit
• Restricted access controls
• Secure storage environments

5.3 App Integrity & Security (App Attest)

Transac uses Apple’s App Attest technology (part of DeviceCheck) to verify that the App is genuine, unmodified, and running on a legitimate device. This helps prevent tampering, fraud, and unauthorized access. App Attest does not collect personal information.

5.4 Local Data Encryption

The app stores cached data locally to improve performance and offline access. Where applicable, this local data is protected using:

• Encrypted local databases
• Secure Enclave–protected keys where supported
• iOS data protection classes

No sensitive personal data is stored locally without encryption.

6. Your Choices

• You may disconnect Telegram group chat access at any time by removing Transac Telegram bot from those group chats
• You may delete your account from within the App

7. Children’s Privacy

Transac is not intended for use by children under the age of 13.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The “Last updated” date will be revised, and we may notify you in the App when significant changes occur.
